Welcome to AI Skills platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and AI Skills regarding the use of our services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

AI Skills is an AI skills platform that provides the following services:

• AI skills library browsing and searching
• AI capability module usage and access
• Data analytics and insights services
• User account management features
• API services (paid users only)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.

3.1 Account Registration

Some features of the Platform require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and update it promptly when changes occur.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use.

3.3 Age Restrictions

5.1 Subscription Services

5.2 Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. Refund requests after 7 days will be processed on a prorated basis based on service usage.

We reserve the right to adjust service prices at any time. Price changes will be notified to existing subscribers 30 days in advance.

The Platform and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and code, are protected by intellectual property laws and owned by AI Skills or its licensors.

You retain intellectual property rights to content you generate on the Platform. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to operate and improve our services.

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by deleting your account. We may also suspend or terminate your access for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Long-term inactive accounts
• Other circumstances we deem necessary

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you in advance through platform notifications, email, or other means. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
